Education-First returns to the world of cyclocross with the now-official launch of a new team featuring three riders: Mattia and Filippo Agostinacchio, along with Nina Breton. The American team has not made any announcements yet, but according to the UCI website, the team has been registered, with the three mentioned riders already listed.

A move by the Agostinacchio brothers to EF had already been rumored, though there was no certainty about how—or even if—both would continue racing in cyclocross, a discipline in which Mattia is the reigning junior world champion.

The younger of the two has not yet raced in the Under-23 category, and could therefore make the step up, while Filippo, born in 2003, won a stage this year at both the Giro d’Italia Next Gen and the Giro della Valle d’Aosta.
