Mattia Gaffuri’s calendar: when he will make his debut and which (super) races he will contest in Italy
The one that has already begun will be Mattia Gaffuri’s first season among the professionals with a WorldTour team, and his calendar will see him taking part right away in top-level races.
The former Swatt Club rider will make his debut with Team Picnic PostNL at the UAE Tour, which will take place from February 5 to 8. Then, in his calendar there are only two certainties: Strade Bianche, scheduled for March 7, which he will race as the Italian gravel champion, and Tirreno-Adriatico, set to run from March 9 to 15.
The rest of the season’s calendar is instead unknown, but it could also include the Giro d’Italia, a race for which Mattia Gaffuri will have to earn selection in these first months of 2026.
